The deadline for ordering meals is 7pm Thursday prior to the date you select.
We are generally able to process a limited number of orders after the usual cutoff time.
Your distributor will contact you if your order cannot be processed
for the date you select.
If your order cannot be processed, your credit card will not be charged.
If you choose to
discontinue receiving a recurring order,
then you must contact our customer
service representatives at
1-800-442-DIET (3438) by our deadline of
Friday at 12 Noon CST in order to cancel
for the next week’s order. Otherwise,
your order will continue for one
additional week and your credit card
will be billed for one more week since
the deadline has past. When you place
your cancellation request, you will be
provided with a confirmation number of
the transaction to provide verification
of the request.
